We moved to the Tanger area about a year ago. For the past 10 years my husband has been a loyal customer of Kay. We are a military family and moved a lot to different areas. So far this Kay location has had the best customer service. I never felt pressured on buying anything or having any of the employees be rude to us. The manager is a wonderful man that cares for his staff and customers specially with this pandemic. He helped my husband by organizing my wish list as well as resized my rings. I recently had a baby so my ring size has change. My experience has been outstanding and every employee has been absolutely helpful. Personally I recommend buying from this store. They have fair prices since is a Outlet and they’re not afraid to help you by letting you know about future discounts. The manager is a military friendly person. I get spoiled a lot so I like to go quite often to this store.

This was my first time ordering online and picking up in the store, and I would like to say we are never coming back. I ordered online and opted to have a designated pick up person, an offer the company's website provided. My boyfriend was the designated pick up person and he brought all the necessary documents that were stated in the email. He brought the pick up order to Angelo, who is the store supervisor, and he stated he was not allowed to pickup my order as his name was not on the receipt. After trying to show him the email, which had the receipt and all the important information, \Vickie\ comes to interrupt them, brings them my bag with my order and receipt from the backroom to show my boyfriend his name is not anywhere on there. As soon as I heard of the incident, I called the store and asked for the supervisor, Angelo and he told me the same thing. I asked why, and he told me if I have a problem with it I was to just get a refund and call corporate. I did, Jessica helped me and was absolutely wonderful. She herself looked at my order, call the store and had to explain why he was allowed to as well, and even forward the email to Angelo. This was a matter that should have been a easy 5 minute pickup to something much longer than necessary. Very unprofessional supervisor who was very rude, which his employees under him certainly learned from as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Angelo is the worst manager to work here and does not help at all. Do not buy from this place, you will save so much stress and the fact of having to drive back and fourth, especially during Christmas traffic. He should honestly be demoted to just a employee, he doesn’t know how to act like a manager

I normally do not like to write negative reviews because I understand that people can just have off days. In this case I feel like it needs to be addressed. I have been to this location several times now and each and every time there I have received a awful experience each time from the same employee which happens to be the General Manager there. I just recently proposed to my fiancé and the ring didn’t fit her due to Kay’s mistake of never sizing it like they were supposed to. When we took the ring there Angelo (the General Manager) was very rude to us and told us two weeks was all he could do for us and there was no other option or anything else he could try. He let us know repeatedly it wasn’t his mistake to fix, it was the other Kay’s employee who messed it up. So he didn’t really care to fix it. From when we walked in the door and told him what we needed help with he was instantly uninterested and rude. So we left and took our business to a different Kay’s and WILL NOT be returning to this location.

Completely unprofessional, lost my wedding ring during Covid, and then was lied to by the store manager Angelo and the assistant manager Michael multiple times when trying to buy another piece to attach to my ring. Waited over 3 months to hear from them about it, and when they finally \tracked down the piece\ it was sent to my house and it was the wrong piece. I contacted them to let them know that it was the wrong piece and they immediately blamed corporate saying that they must have given them the wrong SKU. I was then told that they would track down the correct piece and let me know when I should receive it, but they were always \to busy\ and was told that they would get to it. The end result is I had to return the incorrect band and will be doing business elsewhere with people that actually care about their customers and aren't just lazy and only care about getting the sale. Horrible business, horrible people and horrible customer service! If you only want to purchase an item and never need them again, then you may be fine, but if you ever have any issues I can promise you they have no intentions of taking care of you once they have their money and the sale is made! & from the looks of these reviews, at least Angelo is consistent in not caring about the customers once they walk out of his doors!
