I really appreciate the customer care I get at Kwik Kar on University. All the guys are friendly and really care about the level of service they deliver. It’s really nice to have a certified mechanic for mechanical issues. Steven really knows his cars and I always feel like I am treated fairly when it comes to price. They get my vote of confidence!

I had a lot of lights come on on my dash board, took it here and Steven was quick to help me, took time to look at my car right away, and then explained why the lights came on, what they meant, and what I could do about it to feel safe driving. He offered for me to come back if anything else came up and said he'd look at it again no charge. Excellent service, great quality, and very quick! Would highly recommend to people in this area. Ask for Steven.
SAVE YOURSELF 1,000 BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! For the past couple of years, I've mostly used this location for oil changes and state inspections. I needed an inspection, but my check engine light was on, so I asked them to diagnose the problem. They did, and told me that I had a small crack in my radiator and that it needed to be replaced. They said that they would also replace the thermostat housing because it is a nearby component. The repair was quoted at 1314, and since I've learned the hard way not to delay repairs, I figured I'd just go ahead and get it done. After thinking about it a bit, I decided to take my car across town to Don Perrys Garage, a place that I have used for years, in order to get a second opinion. I'm so glad that I did! They told me that I did not need a new radiator. The only problem was the thermostat housing, which they replaced for 184. It's been months since I had this issue - my check engine light is off, I was able to get my car inspected and registered, and I have not had any problems. I guess if some day my radiator explodes or something, I will gladly withdraw this review and apologize. As of now, however, I will never return to this establishment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Met James this morning to check out my car. i expected to leave it and walk back home. Nope! James drives may car right in, looks it over, tells me what’s up, and explains everything thoroughly to me, fixes it up and i was on my way! One of the best experiences i have had getting my car looked at (and even better that there wasn’t too much wrong with it either!) Fast and Friendly!
Best place to get an oil change!! I was in and out in 5 minutes! The name really speaks for itself! The guy Jason who works there (fine as hell BTW) really went the extra mile to show me how to reset my mile odometer and explain why that’s important. They also checked my tires and filled my windshield wiper fluid and made sure my car was all good!! Very friendly and caring people, this is where I’m going from now on!
