If I have a “0” star I would like to rate for them of “0”. The builder is really bad and poor customer services, I never seen any builder like this before in my life. They never would like to fix anything that come from their mistakes, they always blame on it. I have to argued with them to let them to be fixed, it’s take for a long time to be done. I moved in for 7 months but my cabinet HAVE NOT been fix yet, I let you know that I still pending...and your guys have not pay for my water pipes yet, it has been broken, blamed on us for frost protection hose pipe due to leave hoses connected to it during freezing weather since the weather in Texas on November not even 34 degrees outside. Talked to the manager, just pointless, not help at all. So I have learned for my lesson, I should listened to other customers, but I didn’t. I hope for whoever decide to choose this company please be awareness for everything.
