Phone consultation last about 5 minutes. It ended as soon as they saw the tattoo needed removal had blue ink. Consultant stated, “Yeah the nurses won’t be able to remove that blue ink.” And that was it. Weirdest consultation.... Whatever I’ll take my business somewhere else. I know it can be removed because it’s been treated before and it removed slightly. Word of advice: Get better equipment and you should advertise you only remove black ink so you don’t waste people’s time.

I have been getting my lips done at LaserAway for a about 3 years now at the Dallas location. I would 100/10 recommend getting your lips & any other services here at this location, Fort Worth! The vibe & staff are super nice & sweet. Make you feel welcomed! Also when getting your lips done I highly suggest you ask for Karen! She makes you feel so comfortable being there & is just outstanding!!
Disclaimer: I am about 2 years out from my last treatment. I would not recommend Laser Away in the slightest for laser hair removal. I was told I was the “ideal” candidate for laser hair removal as I have pale skin and dark hair. I had 8 treatments done on my bikini area, armpits, and lower legs. Not only was it painful and time-consuming (treatments had to be 6 weeks apart), but it was very expensive. The results may be inspiring directly after treatment, as hairs shrivel up and fall off, but it becomes clear after your last session that the results are not anywhere near as effective. I would say I have 80% hair growth in treated areas after 1800 in treatment. I still have to shave as often as I did before. After being asked how I liked the results on my last session, I voiced my concerns as to my lack of results. They then tried to sell me on “touch up” treatments, and it became clear that they are trying to turn a profit at any means. I have never left a review but after 2 years post-treatment and the same amount of shaving I did before, I feel upset at their “ditching razors” ads and their misleading promises.
I like the location, environment and services. However, I have to wait 2 hours after my appointment time to get treatment. They didn't call me to reschedule or anything. There are two other customers who get services right away.
