I have been trying to get a hold of someone and nothing. I have no email or phone for my account manager on my contract. They took advantage of the old lady that use to do the contracts at the church and got her for 60 months at 50 mbps for a whole church. I cannot get out my contract because of the terms of termination or I would. Giving them one star is to much. How do you with good conscious take advantage of a religious organization?

Our phones are down all the time! Sometimes for 3-4 days in a row. It makes it very difficult to run a business. We pay our bill and have no service. They never fix the problem. Do not use this company. We are currently looking for another company to go with. When i find one, I will share the info.

Interesting how they only respond to positive reviews on here... This checks out with my experience with them. If you like having an active and responsive customer service platform, good luck.

Been a Customer of Logix for about a year. Service works just fine, I am assuming because we are located in the same business park as the office. I will not refer Logix to anyone. As soon as we can get out of our contract either when we move or before, we will. We have a business account with a Hosted PBX, Multiple \Seats\ and a Recording app. Initial setup took much longer than quoted. It took from May 7th-ish through August *to have a phone and phone line added* in our office. I asked for a new phone number to be created for our account over a week ago, still no follow up. I have asked for a new phone and line to be added in our sales office, still no follow-up. When I need something done for my account I reach out to my account manager to then be instructed to call Customer Service. Customer Service tells me they can't help me to reach out to my account manager. Just a big huge run around. If you are thinking, contemplating or about to start service with them. Save yourself time and money and don't. Just don't.

Our office, Lake Country Dental in Fort Worth, Texas -- has had the worst 2 months with LOGIX's. We have lost more phone calls from our patients trying to make appointments. We are unable to dial out. Our multi-phone lines are not rolling over correctly to our other numbers. Our phone lines have been down for a total of about 14 days worth. We have had technicians come out several times and try to fix these issues and nothing ever works. LOGIX continues to tell us \Its the weather and or RAIN OR WIND\. We have had ONE rainy day in this time frame. We have used LOGIX for over 17 years and they are in no rush or care to fix this issue for us. Currently, our patients have not been able to get a hold of our office all week. That is absolutely ridiculous. At the moment we are having to have a few of our phone lines transferred to our personal cell phones, and other software's just to be able to get in contact with them.
