Only because I can't give them a negative -100 stars, they got 1 just so I could post my HORRIFIC experience with this unknown company! I ordered a printer and laptop on the same day from Best buy. I received my printer from ships the next day. Let me add, my address is new so but doesn't show up, but the driver called me and I got him to me to deliver my printer. LSO, on the other hand, attempted (so they say) to deliver my laptop the next day, with no phone call, NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER! BUT , the customer service rep for Best Buy says, bad address, scheduled for pick up, but I get an email \YOUR PACKAGE IS OUT FOR DELIVERY\. I GO to best by after work and guess what? IT'S NOT THERE! It showed it was attempted this morning, \BAD ADDRESS\ NO PHONE CALL, EMAIL NOR TEXT! I sat on hold with LSO for 20 minutes gave additional address, phone number,gate code etc. Even advised I will be sitting in my car, that was around 2:30. Here it is 7:10pm! They're trying to tell me that my package will not be delivered until Monday. I promise, they lack professional and communication skills. I will be contacting corporate as well as Best buy. Hopefully best buy will drop them cause this is sad.

They deserve no star at all. The delivery guy stole my package. After two weeks I still had not received my Staub Cast Iron worth of over 200 from Williams Sonoma, I called them for status, the woman taking the call said she did not know and had to get back to me, month later, they changed the status to delivered, but I never received it. I checked our monitoring camera, found the delivery guy took the package with him instead of leaving it. I called back and told them what I saw, they said they would try to deliver again, never heard back from them again and never received it. Chatting and Calling them is the most painful thing I had to do, every time they put me at 99 in the queue, had to wait for ever, at least 2-3 hours. I finally gave up. Customer service and delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced so far!!!

It’s a horrible company, you never get your delivery on time. It takes over two weeks or more if you are lucky. while UPS would deliver it in two days. One time my order never got to me it was lost somewhere. I always asked the company whenever I am ordering now, if they ship LSO I would not purchase.

When I realized my purchase was being shipped with LSO I had never heard of them before and did a little bit of research. Naturally I was having serious anxiety based off of all the other horror stories and terrible reviews I read. However my package literally just came today on time and not damaged! I even had issues with the tracking information and wound up speaking to someone in the customer service department of the 800 number and they were helpful to the best of their ability. I must be one of the very incredibly lucky ones so I decided to leave a five-star review to show everyone on here that had a terrible experience that there may be hope!

This company is a joke. Ordered something for my daughter that was \out for delivery\ Saturday. Then at 11:20pm it gets refused from the driver without attempting to deliver. Then get the run around from this sorry company. Now my daughter doesn't have a Christmas gift. Would not do business with them at all.
