We hired this company to do an inspection of our fireplace and chimney. Happy with the service, we gladly hired this company for other services including cleaning the chimney, repairing the grate, repairing the refractory panels, repairing the gas pipes and designing a brand new \look\ to our fireplace. Some mistakes were made initially, but the owner Chad and manager John did everything they could to fix the mistakes and make sure our fireplace and chimney was not only safe, but BEAUTIFUL. Master Services stands by its service, and does everything necessary to make sure they are the gold standard in the industry.
I used Masters Services in Fort Worth for the first time today. I called them for a problem I had been trying to fix, but was unable to. The gas pipe starter on my fireplace rusted out and when I removed the original pipe, it had a connection about 2 feet within my wall and I was not able to thread the pipe into the connection in the wall. Omar Gonzalez came out to give me an estimate. He called about 20 minutes prior to arriving and was very personable, he explained how he would fix it and his estimate was reasonable and he was able to fix it during the 1 visit to my home. Omar was professional and had great customer service, he did great work and kept the area neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them.
I have used the service multiple times over the years (raccoons, opossums, etc.). Omar always does an outstanding job! I definitely recommend them.
