I made the right decision trusting the team at Midas with my vehicle. Not to mention there was little to no waiting time, which was superb. It’s one thing to recite the company guarantee, but to actually breathe life into those words and be of service is exactly what they did. Thank you all ever so much for a positive experience.

This Midas has an incredibly hard-working and professional staff. They do great work for a great price and are all-around friendly people. I got my brakes replaced and the new ones are impeccable. 11/10 would recommend!
I brought my car into Midas after my AC stopping blowing cold air... Talk about a staff that goes above and beyond. I was able to get in fast (which was great because I have 2 kids and a baby- no air conditioning in TX summer is not an option) When I got there, Amanda was so kind and welcoming and told me they could do an evac recharge but my compressor wasn’t kicking on, so it wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem. I wanted to try it anyway because I wasn’t thrilled at the idea of spending almost 1000 for the compressor to be fixed... They called and sure enough, it didn’t work. She said she wouldn’t charge me the 115 for the recharge because it didn’t fix my problem- just a 45 service fee, which I thought was very considerate. Then I decided to go ahead and get the compressor fixed... I realized on the way to get my son from school that I left his booster seat in the car so I stopped by to get it, but my car was about 7 ft off the ground because they were already working on it, and they lowered it back to the ground for me so I could get his seat. They were able to fix the problem and thankfully, I have cold air again! It’s rare to find staff that go to such lengths to take care of their customers, and my brief encounter with Amanda itself put me in a great mood- she’s understanding and patient (I’m a mom of 3 and completely scatterbrained). TAKE YOUR CAR THERE- they will take care of you. :)
