I want to give this place all my money but there are a few quirks. It is weird how you walk in, get to see other people's food getting made. Work your way to cash register. Order your food. Then you get a number and go sit. The food runners are looking for you all over the place while presenting your food to multiple tables before finding you. The system needs work. Why not order your food with the staff at beginning of the line or moving cash register to front so you can see your food being made. Or just give you a number and call you up when your order is ready... Other than that great dough, beautiful atmosphere, beautiful ovens, love the tree in the dining area, friendly people. Soooo so much potential for this to be a 5 star place. Keep it up. I plan on attending regularly and will update to 5 stars once they improve the efficiency of ordering and food delivery. Edit: I've been back a few times and they have become better and better with service and food. Changing to 5 stars!!

Delicious food and excellent service. The management is attentive and pays attention to every detail. Thank you for a great experience during our business meeting!

Not the cheapest pizza in town but definitely worth it! The pizza was delicious and quick. Wood fired with quality authentic ingredients, it's not your average fast food grease bomb. Loved it! We will definitely return for more pizza and hip atmosphere.

Such a great pizza place! The atmosphere is beautiful & welcoming, the food is delicious and the staff is outstanding! I tried it for the first time this evening & was very impressed. The double pepperoni pizza and Nutella calzone were out of this world! The chicken cesar salad is also in a league of its own! The prices are very fair for the quality of food & service you receive. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Very slow service!! Pizza was supposed to take 90 seconds to bake but it took over 15 mins to get one pizza. We saw people waiting over 20 mins for one pizza. We asked for extra crispy but were told that wasn’t possible. Hopefully service improves. Pizza was okay, nothing special. Love the simple decor!

MidiCi struggles to find it's identity. I expected MidiCi would be comparable to Cane Rosso, but it's more like a poor execution of Blaze Pizza. Food prices are too high for a self-serve restaurant and the food is not memorable. The interior decor looks fancy and is nice, but that is the highlight of this place. The interior setup is very inconvenient. As you walk in you are greeted by someone preparing dough and you are told to look at the menu and order when ready. As you stand there looking at the menu, customers who have been there before skip past you and go to the awkwardly placed register. Food options are good-not-great, including your usual italian style appetizers, various pizzas, etc. After ordering you make your way to a fast-food style are with soda fountain, get utensils, napkins, etc. Then you find your table of preference, set your number, and wait for your food. If you need anything else, you have to go back to the self-service and cut through the line of people at the register. It is very inconvenient. Food has good presentation, but the taste is not impressive. The signature meatballs with "fresh" mozzarella tasted like they came out of a microwave and the accompanying bread was stale. The margherita pizza was ok. Dough tasted great but the tomato sauce and cheese were not anything memorable. I would not come back unless the interior gets re-structured, and the pricing and the self-service areas are balanced.

Amazing atmosphere! The decorations and furniture provide an experience in its own. Great customer service. When you walk in it’s a little confusing, because there’s a baker where the line starts, so I initially thought she was going to take my order, but she was very friendly. She gave my little sister dough to play with. The pizza was good, but would definitely make special requests on the amount of ingredients I want next time. (Sauce to cheese ratio was not equal.) The desert was our favorite part, it was brought to us after our pizza, so it was super warm and filled with Nutella!

I like this place a lot. The atmosphere is really impressive, and I'm a huge fan of the tree inside. The food was fantastic. There is a special place in my heart for fresh ingredients and wood fired crusts, and they delivered on both. I will definitely be back.
