Interesting museum, most liked the displays on the diversity of cowboys and cowgirls in the wild west. Like the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles this museums show the reality of the frontier not the John Wayne fake myths that disrespect what really happened out there where people struggled and lived with honestly, dignity, and freedom from oppressive social norms. I am glad that I got to see this museum. Sadly no donors have stepped up to find this cultural institute. This is a weakness of Dallas Civic culture.

I was really amazed of all the cultural history inside the Museum we really enjoyed the tour...
It was closed, I wish something was posted that it closed or post a new schedule.
Nice displays. Quick and easy access.
