Horrible customer service from the I.D. and Pass office. Base commander really needs to check into this office. Rude to customers, wont answer the phone, you have to take time off of work to go there to find out what hours they will be open that week or when they might feel like helping you.. Employees must get trained by the DMV. My dad waited for 2 hours at the direction of one of the staff members, only to find out he was directed to the wrong line. Returned the next day to find out the correct office was by appointment only. Had to make an appointment for ID renewal. Going on three days wasted at this place. Our active and retired deserve better than this.

We went for our scheduled appt Feb 6th we drive an hour and when we got there they told us something happened and they couldn’t see us so we got a “skip the line pass” to come back before the 28th to renew my id. We came today arrived at 9 in the morning and after 4 1/2 hours were told they couldn’t see us and to schedule an appointment. It was horrible they didn’t communicate at all. They are not helpful or considerate. I had my 3 month old and a service member from the visitors pass window offered me a place to feed and change my baby, while the people at deers wouldn’t even make eye contact.

I showed up to get my Military ID and was treated with nothing but disrespect from the visitor center and id office staff. We showed up 30 minutes before the posted closing time and he told us it closed earlier and we had just missed it. Rather than taking the time to do a quick task for me, he ushered me out rudely and made my 3 hour drive pointless.

I had an unexpected need to extend my contract and my ID had expired. I arrived early when the office opened, without an appointment. The gentleman doing the pre-screening told me that they were taking appointments only, but they would try to get me in, but appointments would be first. I was taken back within a couple minutes to get my ID and Jacqueline was very polite and professional!

Had to in twice. First time they ran out of cards. The gentleman at the desk GAVE me an appointment. The second time with the appointment we were in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was great to us. Then on renewal , it was even easier and they were all very nice. Have never had any problems with anyone on this base. All willing to help in any way they could.
