I had been going to this gym for a little over a year. Fransisco is legitimate and has years of experience under his belt. The atmosphere he has created, welcomes novices and experienced people in the subject. Its like a whole new family there pushing each other to get better and the most enjoyable way to get fit. Highly recommend! Check it out and I guarantee you won't regret it.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TRAINING FACILITY!!! Best place to learn the national sport of Thailand. If you’ve ever wanted to learn real deal Muay Thai, this is the spot! Francisco articulates himself when instructing very well. His demonstrations are executed with excellent precision and are second to none. During each session, you will be coached to help improve technique in all areas. I’ve always wanted to learn Muay Thai, not some variation with MMA, and this school is a perfect find in the DFW metroplex. Keep in mind, you’ll get what you put into it. I tried out the first day and signed up by the second and have not regret it one bit. Perfect place for heavy bag therapy.
