I called Novus IT Solutions based on the reviews and was a little weary since I did not know how it would work out with a persona I knew nothing about. Let me tell you he lived up to his reviews and his performance was way above my expectations. My printer stopped working and my laptop is running super slow. He showed up as stated and come to find out, the printer changed IP addresses and he straightened that right out! He even cleaned up my laptop and now it boots up about twice as fast! An amazing people friendly man. Very professional!!
