Don't go here. They can't follow VERY basic instructions. I had a flat and bought 2 new tires online. I had them delivered here for installation. I asked them specifically to replace the flat and another tire with a slow leak. Not only did the leave the tire with the leak but they gave me the tire with the hole in the sidewall instead of the good one I asked for.

Took care of me and gave me a good discount but they were not honest with time needed he literally said the replacement part will take 20 min to be here and an hour to finish the job. It 2 hours and 15 min so far and they still need 30 min. Its ridiculous! They have to respect our time.
This is the second and last time my wife went for a flat repair and they wanted to charge her 22.00 btw we purchased the set of tires from NTB then they came back and said nope you need a new tire. So be it bought the new tire as my wife leave the Tpms light was never reset and I really have no idea if they checked the air in her other three tires..... second time in a row for terrible customer service.... bye forever NTB zero stars
I went in to have a tire repaired, but they told me the tread was too far gone. Which is fine, I knew it was coming. Even though I couldn't get new tires they happily put my spare on and told me to check their site since I need a not so common size and the only ones they had in stock there were too pricey for me today. They were so nice and happy to help! I saw all these negative reviews and wanted to make sure someone was pointing out the positives, too.
