Overall, the bowling experience was great. Having the separate lanes and area to bowl privately was unexpected! The upstairs bar tender was attentive, and had great recommendations for me and my girlfriend. We made prior reservations for the 2 hours of bowling, then planned on coming to the Bistro for dinner. This is where our experience took a turn downward. We were greeted quickly, and asked if we could get a booth instead of a table. We were told that due to COVID, and another large party, we would have to be sat a a table instead. That meant we could not sit beside each other, instead we would have to sit across from each other. As we start to order or drinks and appetizers, we noticed that the area where they said there was a large party coming, was still empty. The entire side was empty for a while. The drinks and appetizers came out quickly, as well as the food. It was all very good. Except the fact that where they said we could not sit, was still empty.....until we were done eating and waiting for our check, a couple came and sat down just as we were about to leave. Just 2 people, on the entire side. Me and my girlfriend were perplexed as to why we could not have sat there or on the other side to celebrate our night in a booth together, instead of sitting at a table. I hate to bring this up, but I am of African American decent, and my girlfriend is mixed with Hispanic and Caucasian. The couple that was allowed to sit where we asked to sit was a Caucasian gentleman and a an Asian woman. We both sighed, and just left. We are still confused as to why we could not sit there, but they were allowed to. I wouldn't mind going back to bowl upstairs, but we will eat dinner elsewhere.

I strongly encourage you calling in when setting up a reservation. I was notified by email an hour and a half before the scheduled arrival time that my reservation had been canceled. When I called to confirm what had happened the first worker told me that it had been canceled due to them closing early because of the weather but she wanted me to speak to a manager, when the manager got on the phone I was told the reservation had actually been canceled because their online system failed to account for their own social distancing policies. It would be great for their system to account for their own policies, and if not at least that cancellations weren’t made at the last minute by email notification. Not an impressive customer service experience.
Make reservations prior to going! The hostess so so sweet and confirmed availability for an hour which was more than enough. It was very fun, food was delicious they have a happy hour menu for drinks, appetizers, wines etc. I think from 3-7 or so.
Great time at brunch . Sat on the patio, and the manager turned on the heater for us. Ate the margarita pizza and the chicken and waffles also avocado toast and the Italian scramble. Everyrhing tasted excellent. Server also brought out extra syrup for the waffle. Great job!
Stopped in for an early dinner and sat out on the patio. ( It was a beautiful afternoon.) Our server was GREAT. The food was served in a timely manner and served hot from the kitchen. All the food was Delicious. Definitely will be returning.
