William was our driver and he was the nicest, most accommodating person. It was snowing on our day, and he stood out in it and held umbrellas for all of our group to get in the car without getting wet. The car was clean and very nice, he was on time, and just super nice. Thank you for making our day even more special.

As always Silver West is the best. Thank you for making this 16 year olds day. All the kids had a blast in the bus and their driver David did great dealing with their music choices LOL
NO SHOW, NO CALL!!! Last Friday, our annual Christmas dinner, we were all waiting around the office... as time got closer our business manager called to find out what was going on and \They could not locate the driver\. So us 6 girls climbed in to a coworkers mini van in our Christmas dresses and heels and barely made it to dinner on time. Thankfully the restaurant was understanding and didn't cancel our reservation. It is Tuesday and still have not heard a word from the company.
We had a fantastic experience with Silver West and our driver, Vincent, couldn’t have been better. We rented for a corporate event and had a full day with over 15 stops - the sprinter van was perfectly clean and comfortable and Vincent was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely use Silver West again!
I have used Silver West Transportation for more than 10 years. Their service is outstanding and every one of the drivers has been extremely professional and courteous. I live in Tarrant county but Silver West helped me (at the last minute) when I was stranded in Knoxville and needed to get to Kentucky. They really went out of their way to make sure my college-age daughter and I made it to Kentucky safely and comfortably. I wouldn't use any other company. They are the best in the business!
