So far, my experience with these guys has been flawless. I'm honestly relieved that there is a music distribution company like this one. At first, when I sent in my application, it looked like they weren't responding; that was only because I was checking in the wrong email (my bad hehe). After that, I sent in another application (they didn't accept the first one), and they told me to expect a reply within 1 or 2 days. Well, I got my reply in just about 4 hours. That just comes to show you how dedicated they are when it comes to customer service. Same thing happened with all of the questions I had sent in through email, they replied just in a few hours. They're very very thorough, and everything is under the law (proving they aren't just some scam); they seem to take care of all of their artists like they should, and all around they just seem good and authentic. I don't have my music out yet, but I highly recommend these guys; I'm sure you will be in the right hands.
