The therapy department at Southwest Nursing and Rehab is truly one of the best in Tarrant county. The rehab team is knowledgeable and dedicated to the therapeutic needs and personal goals of each individual patient. The Southwest rehab team has access to the latest techniques and technologies to provide interventions and modalities in one of the largest gyms in Ft Worth. Whatever your goals may be, the rehab team at Southwest nursing and rehab is committed to providing safe, effective care to improve your quality of life.

Southwest has a beautiful therapy gym, with plenty of space to social distance. The therapy team creates a fun environment, while providing care and encouragement to the patients/residents. All staff is professional and courteous.

My mother has been in this nursing facility for a very long time! This review might be different if Covid had not hit. However, because of Covid we are not allowed to visit. Leaving all the caring of our mom up to them! They took care of her like an abuser takes care of a dog! She had malnutrition and was severely dehydrated. Not to mention they didn’t take care of her teeth at all! She developed bed sores and probably had not had a bath for a long time! I hope they understand karma comes back around!
