The ladies that work here are always friendly and welcoming anytime we step into the store. They are very helpful with any questions you may have. I really like that you can do self install now and not have to wait on a tech. So whatever equipment you may need the ladies will get you going in no time.

Customer service here is great, the employees are very kind and knowledgeable. Parking is free and easy in the back, there is free 1 hour parking on the ground floor, and they validate if you have to go through the gate. It's a very friendly and upbeat environment, I loved coming to this store. Keep in mind if you're just running in, don't park directly in front of the store, it is a bus stop and parking officers walk by constantly, and they are not shy about giving tickets.

what ever you do don't use spectrum worst internet i have EVER Owned. It constantly goes out for no reason and then it has giant spikes of good and bad service. Literally i did an internet speed test the first test was good at 160 download speed then i immediately did another test and it was .02 then 240 then 4. its insanity. and its not just from the pandemic with allot more people online all the time this has always happened and The website i hate because for some reason i can never login even thou i do put in the correct password. I have been forced to change my password three times. why???? none of my friends will own it if i can help it and i will soon be switching.

Terrible internet service that goes down at random times and the speed is extremely inconsistent. You have to jump through dozens of hoops just to speak with a real person on the phone. Terrible customer service.
