We tested today 9/16/2020. No problems whatsoever. We read all directions about the paperwork and followed them. Again, no problem. The lady there did her job and we moved along to the next step in the process. Don’t listen to the haters. They just can’t follow directions.

Highly recommend!! All the information needed is listed clearly on their website. I have sent all three of my kiddos here and they had a delightful experience. The staff are knowledgeable and very kind. The driving instructor is quiet during the road test so the student can remain calm and concentrate on the road :)
I arrived early without documents due to printer issues. Brand new cartridge not working. Was advised they HAVE to have prints and they don’t have a way to print. Left to go to the store to print. Returned about 10 minutes late for our appointment and she was already gone, knowing we would be back. I don’t see how they stay in business without keeping up with the times. No refunds as stated in the website, which they constantly refers you back to. Their business model is in the website. Side note: There were no other clients here. Enjoy my 75 that you don’t really need or else you would want keep your business booming. It’s in the website though. PS: the lady’s reply is a lie and I have technology to prove it. I placed my first call to her at 11:20am which is several minutes after my arrival, since I had to listen to another unfriendly lady’s “it is in the website” statement while she struggled with a code to get inside the locked building. It took a while for me to even get the number from the door.
Great service! All of the information is listed on the website. ALL of it. If you can read it’s right there. We came brought the correct paperwork and tested. BOOM!! Easy. Thank you.
As the previous comment posted, this testing site deserves 0 stars. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. The website is not accurate. We brought the required documents that were listed on the website. My child arrived early to the testing site. However she refused to allow my child to take the roadtest because she was accompanied by her aunt. I was on my way to the testing site but the lady still refused and said she’s packed her stuff. Please do not use this testing site, our children are already anxious about taking the test, and then to add an instructor who is rude and unprofessional only worsens their experience.
Thanks for the quick service. We were in and out in no time, much different from DPS. They looked at all my papers. Then we went on the test. I passed and they gave me an envelope to take to DPS.
Very quick service....but for the money, would’ve liked to see a bit more warmth from the instructor. I was extremely nervous about my test and it would’ve been nice to have a bit of a friendlier person.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their website doesn't specify the paperwork you need, and you don't get refunds. I came there thinking I brought the correct paperwork, because they don't give specifics on the website, and was turned away almost immediately. So basically I spent 75 for a 2 minute meeting. The lady that I talked too was not very kind about the situation and told us that we should've known what to bring because the website lists it. The website does list it, but isn't clear enough. When we brought this to her attention, she told us that it would make the website more crowded. That is a lame excuse. I'd rather have the website be crowded and give me all the information that I needed so that I wouldn't have wasted 75. I left feeling scammed and would recommend looking for a different third party place or going to the DMV.
