This store didn’t have nothing in stock !!!! I called before hand to see if they had any batter heads for my snare drum, they told me they did so I drove 15 min. When I got there they didn’t have what I wanted even though they claimed they did over the phone. Worst customer service ever. They sold me a percussion batter head which I had no other option since I was already running late and couldn’t go anywhere else since they made me waste my time. The batter head broke on first song. I called to get refund or discount or something they refused. Worst store ever!!!

I never feel the need to write bad reviews but the fact that this employee is still there is absolutely absurd. Extremely rude and childish behind a screen. I would NOT recommend giving them your buisness.
