Dr V. is knowledgeable and attentive, but the firm overall DOES NOT offer nor refer patients to a renal nutritionist, which is essential in maintaining kidney function for as long as possible. Front office staff is unprofessional and does little to nothing to follow up on phone calls and other types of patient interactions before and after visits.

Love Dr V but the receptionist is extremely rude. If you are not black or Hispanic you are not able to check in as quickly. She's sitting at her computer and checking in the black man who came in after us. When I pointed this out, she told me to sit down. She had people lined up In her order.
