This company is definitely one that tries to make extra money. It's like going to the car shop to have an oil change and they talk you into hundreds of dollars worth of other repairs that are not necessary. If you need a simple fix to your computer this is not the place to go. I would definitely shop around before choosing this place.

I had a MAC Air that apparently got coffee inside it and the port where you plug into for charging was no longer working. Took it to Apple and when they discovered that there was a brown liquid inside, they immediately told me that my computer needed to be sent to the manufacturer for a complete rebuild for a fee of 750. But Tech Support Computer Repair knows how to deal with liquid and told me that they would take it apart and all parts would go through their cleansing process which would take 9-12 hours.They tested it out and put it back together and it works fine---nothing had to be replaced. I saved about 550 and time and my computer is like new. I'm very impressed with these guys and my wife and I will definitely take our MAC's back to them for repairs. Dr. Charles D. Paid 100 for them to break off my laptop screen and they still wanted to charge 70 more to put files on a flashdrive. Never coming back.

I had a very pleasant visit at techsupport today. I had a very small issue that I wasn't aware of how to correct the problem. The tech personal took the time to show how to do a conversion, In regards to down loading my resume. I will be using them again. Thank You

Worst service. Overcharge you and add additional costs without telling you. Save yourself some money and stay away.
