This place did nothing to help me. They made a mistake , it's their fault , but I cannot get ahold of anyone to correct it , not even at their own offices. We need a TWC reform started and I'll do it....

Locked to the public, hit intercomm they took my name and number, said they will call me tomorrow
I asked to speak with a supervisor and she Hung up on me. I wasn't not raising my voice or cursing all legitimate reasons for a hang up seeing as I work in customer service I can understand her frustration. But that is inexcusable!!
Can't tell me anything, can't reset a password, don't know if my claims are coming. Don't know anything in fact. but they require you to apply for jobs even though you haven't been paid in two months somehow I'm supposed to still have enough gasoline and keep my phone on to do that
Rude employees, not helpful at all. When u dial the number that's listed I'm either hung up on or it says,\ this number is no longer available....\ wth I'm just trying to get a job and get back afloat! What's the purpose of being there to help the community when u get flustered by the lack of empathy they show!
