Great experience, personable staff, clean store. I knocked off a star because no one was wearing masks there. I understand personal beliefs come into play here but when you own a public business and are around customers, wear a mask and have employees wear one too. Other than that the experience was quick and painless. I went there with my husband while he picked out a hat. We were in and out within 10 minutes and that's just how I like it when it comes to shopping for cowboy hats. The shorter the time, the better! but please wear masks....it shows you care about your customers health and it's pretty important right now.

This place was wall to wall being the last day of the NFR in Fort Worth (which is where it should be). The staff was excellent and on top of the customers and extremely knowledgeable. The hats came out fantastic. Looking forward to purchasing my next hat there.
