Absolutely terrible. They provide awful service and have no clue about how electricity works. They failed miserably and should go back to the stone ages . Only then could they run an effective electric store. Sheer incompetence, they should not be allowed around electricity or Anya parts associated with electricity . Dangerous

Shame on Reynolds for doing work with Valentine delivery service the workers work hard do not offer any benefits at all what so ever how I know I use to work there and when thru BS with the job will write you up for anything and I found out the owner post to be some big money shot caller and can not pay good hard work's there benefits so how can you sleep on that bewared this is a revolving door and till this day do not offer any benefits that why i left Shame on Reynolds for doing work with valentine delivery VALENTINE DELIVERY A BIG JOKE. WORK YOU FROM 5AM TO 5PM AND DONT PAY REGULAR OVER TIME. YOU COULD WORK A 100 HOURS AND YOUR PAY CHECK STAYS THE SAME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. ALSO DEAD END JOB NO BENEFITS 401K NOTHING GOOD.

I was told that the parts I was ordering were in stock and confirmed the price so that I could issue a PO. We didn't receive one of the parts, it was put on backorder with no notification and we were invoiced over twice as much as it should have been. I tried calling 3 times and only got the runaround while being told that the salesman would call me back. He never did, so I called again in the afternoon and he was rude about it the whole time and never even apologized for not getting back to me. I do now want to use them again. Edit: After speaking with an account manager, I realized I may have been a bit hasty and should have tried, again, to speak with someone else about this matter. He has assured me that this is not how they do business and I am willing to give them another chance, especially since I have someone to go directly to if I have another problem.
