As a homecare agent coming in from outside, I can appreciate the staff of TT. Great COVID protocols in place.

I work in their memory care with one client as a sitter. I come in from an agency to assist. The staff there really go above and beyond in what they do. They are also friendly and helpful to workers coming in from outside. Their food is also amazing. I truly love the time I spend there. The place is felled with love and care.

I work for an in home health company, and come to Trinity Terrace for a lot of my clients. Every single staff member cares about their residents. They go above and beyond to help each person. I absolutely love coming here for work! Their memory care and assisted living are amazing.

My ex-wife worked here about 10 years ago. This is where the rich send their loved-ones when they need to be housed in their golden years. They have the whole setup from retirement home to nursing care. So you can go in able to walk and feed yourself and end your days in bed being fed through a tube without ever leaving the place. Bonus if you are Presbyterian, there is a church next door you can attend where they will help you with your estate planning.

Worst company I have ever worked for. I have lost confidence in the VP of HR, Lyndell Smith -to make decisions based on facts, code of ethics and values. This management company has had more lawsuits and separation pay with employees under her leadership. She demoralize and intimidates me and other colleagues and quite frankly some are scared of her. PRS manages based on who is popular/ likeable and bringing money into the organization. If you bring concerns and complaints forward be prepared to be retaliated against or for it to fall on deaths ears. Do not work here or any of their \managed\ facilities you will regret and face humiliation, discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment.
