Very pleased with my experience there. I called to take care of a title issue with a car I sold a while back. The lady in the phone suggested I come in to take care of it in person. She quickly set up an appointment, gave me a confirmation number, and gave me some information on what I needed to bring. Upon arrival, someone greeted me and checked me in. Within 5 minutes i met James who quickly assessed my situation and walked me through what was going to happen and what he needed. He took care of everything and informed me of my next steps. James’ customer service, patience, and professionalism came through. If one could choose whom to work with it would be him hands down. He’s a class act and highly professional.

Even though the process was not clearly delivered about how to go about getting a refund for changing plates after buying a vehicle from a dealership. Step one, go to county office and get new registration, keep receipt and registration sticker. Step two, go to regional office turn in sticker and receipt and apply for a refund. The regional office staff was very helpful, fast, and friendly.

The people working here are incredibly friendly for a DMV. I took off two stars for just one reason it's 2021and they only accept cash, checks. or money orders. This is beyond stupid. It's inexcusable.

Had a 3pm appointment was there 15 minutes and got my title. System there using is excellent. Make an appointment, check in 15 min before and then your done.
