The outside was clean. The sales representative we dealt with was Jim Sellers. Jim was courteous and professional. He showed us three campers available that could meet our needs, however, none of the units really rounded with us. Our experience with Jim and Ultimate RV was positive.

Our salesman masael was pretty good and so were the techs who worked on it were too. But they sucked at roof repair and neglected to mention that all they did was caulk the roof back together temporarily of course. Only found out today due to a massive water leak breaking my roof panel on the inside. Another quality trailer sold from Ultimate RV. I knew the 5 star reviews were BS and there’s a reason I waited to post mine. Be advised do not buy from here.
This is my first RV purchase and I am absolutely enamored with Ultimate RV Sales! Misael was fantastic! Kept me informed of what was going on with my purchase. They took care of all the little things to make my 2013 look new again. I am so excited! Thank you!!!
