I had a really horrible experience. Once they have your money, your pet is no longer a priority. I had a dog that hadn't eaten in days and I paid extra to have detailed test results that would be ready for me the next morning. I didn't get the results at all the next day after I called twice because \there were too many walk-ins.\ The day after I was supposed to get the results-an hour before they closed-I called again to ask for the results and I was told they had been too busy to call. I was worried about my dog and I paid to know what was wrong with her and I needed the results. I asked for a refund on my dog's tests since I had paid 200 for tests that were two days late and still not known to me so that I could take her elsewhere. The refused to give me my money back for a service they did not provide. To top it all off, while I was waiting for the results over the course of days, I had multiple texts messages attempting to sell me other services like X-Rays before I had even gotten the test results I had paid for days ago. Take your pet elsewhere. This place does not keep there word or care how worried you are while watching your sick pet at home. I will never trust this place again with the well being of my dog. Later, the vet claimed that waiting an extra day isn't really a big deal when it had actually been two days and that is not the service for which I agreed to pay. I thought my dog was dying, a day is a huge deal to me! The whole thing was ridiculous, unprofessional, and wildly inconsiderate. If NEW customers are keeping you from giving CURRENT customers the services they paid for, your business has unethical, questionable practices. Especially when it comes the to the health of an animal.

On July 7, 2018 we had to rush our 15 year old Tabby Cowboy to their clinic, they were very nice, gave us our options in reality, not just what would make them money. They gave us as much time as we needed to choose. They were empathetic, They were kind and gentle with him as he passed away. They explained everything to us, offered us the ability of get his ashes, a paw print and let us stay holding him as long as we wanted. Nobody wants to watch their beloved pet die, least of all us, We had Cowboy for 12 years, he had an undying spirit, so while very painful they aided us through this and that deserves respect and a five star rating!

My dog got into poison today and I rushed him to the office right before they closed to get him in immediately. They knew we were on the way and stayed to assure my puppy got the treatment he desperately needed. They took him back right away and informed me of the price after assessing him immediately to which I told them to do whatever was necessary to save my dog. They worked quickly and never hung up the phone as I was so terrified on what was going on with him and I’m sure they sensed it. The staff was phenomenal and the Dr. Ashley Roller was amazing! I will forever be grateful for them saving my dog. We got him home and he’s still doing well. We are airing on the side of caution still as we need to watch him however they were confident that he should be ok. Thank You all again for your fast acting and caring for my dog. I’m forever grateful ️️

Honestly.... I felt like I was talking to used car salesmen, for one. Trying to dodge things that just weren’t necessary for that visit and felt like they were just trying to tack things on... very overwhelming and also uncomfortable. 2, It was not personal, at all. Felt like cattle being ran in and out quickly. I just felt used and not cared about. The prices are astronomical. I usually go to the location in Lakewood and they are so nice and are always trying to find ways to be more affordable. I was even told that I was being charged more because it was not a reoccurring prescription purchase. That they would give me a discount if I keep coming back and refilling. Meaning, they could’ve applied a discount and chose not to. They didn’t tell me what I was being charged for, I had to insist what all I could’ve possibly gotten that cost 350 given the reason I actually showed up .... I think for a first time customer, who spent over 300 for a visit, applying a discount would be the customer service thing to do- especially telling me they had the power to apply one but didn’t because if it’s just a one time thing they want want to charge me the max. Just a very.... odd... thing to do I will not be back or repeat my business. Very sad as I rescue and train dogs and was looking for a closer place to frequent. I relayed this message to many friends. Word of mouth is the most detrimental or beneficial marketing that exists.hope the 350 means a lot, because it could’ve been way more over the length of many relationships I have with all the dogs I rescue/foster/and rehabilitate/train. Big mistake! You traded literally thousands for 350. Enjoy!
