they broke my power button on the side of my phone, and didn’t even admit it. didn’t even say sorry. she extremely rude, and unresponsible. instead blamed it on me. and they still expected money from me after doing nothing to my phone but break it even worse. i went home furious knowing i’ll never come back again. that costed me a whole new phone! and i just came in to get my screen fixed. NEVER COME HERE, DONT GIVE THEM SERVICE, THEY DONT DERSERVE IT. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY REVIEW AND GO TO THE PHONE REPAIR PLACE ON WATAUGA RD. THEY HAVE WAY BETTER SERVICE.

While the night before Chris was a big help that all changed the next day. Don’t know who the tech was, but lost my brackets and screws and then try to tell me they weren’t on there. 190 down the drain. Screen didn’t even work properly, home button didn’t work and. Would not recommend. Bought a 40 screen from amazon and ended up doing it myself. Phone works perfectly now. Avoid at all costs

Went get to get the battery on my iPhone replaced and was there less than 15 minutes. The service was excellent and the price was good. I am happy my phone is working much better now.

Cracked my IPhone 7Plus screen and had it repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. Chris was pleasant and professional .. What more can you ask for. ! Prior to this visit, I had also purchased a battery for our Honda lawn mower. Paid a lot less than if I would of gone through Honda. Great service all around !!

I needed an iPhone 6S battery replaced. The service was 69.99 plus tax and there was an additional 10 off for scheduling online. The online scheduling system was easy to use. I ended up being 9 minutes late for my appointment. The service tech at the store didn’t bat an eye. She looked up my appointment by name. It took her less than ten minutes to complete the battery replacement (I’m not sure it even took her five). She put the coupon onto my order before I could even look it up on my cell phone. She was very courteous and helpful. If you ever need a phone battery replaced i’d highly recommend Batteries Bulbs and specifically the one in Fortworth, Texas.
