Terrible care for my Dad that was verified when turned over to state to review. Sores, inadequate changes and open sores. Rooms dirty always and terrible service. I ended up moving him out this month and will seek legal action now not only for that but for his belonging being lost. Do not take your loved one here, their propaganda of having the best care is ridiculously incorrect. You have been warned.

Hello everyone I just would like to say that during my tenure of being employed at Wedgewood Nursing home I have seen the building change, but my overall experience I would have to say wasn't bad. The staff really work hard and give there all even when we're a bit short staffed we have always been willing to go the extra mile for our residents. Our building isn't the biggest nor is it the fanciest but we do provide a positive patient centered environment/home. Even though I have to move on to another facility to further my career I have to say I will sincerely miss the place. Wedgewood will always hold a place in my heart and career I wish the facility/team much success moving forward.

Good afternoon. My name is Martina Duncan. I am a Louisiana native Texas living for 7 years. I am the Director of Rehabilitation. I have been employed with the facility for almost 3 years and consider the residents my FAMILY. Having lost both a mother at her age of 33 and a sister at her age of 17 to cancer, I know personally the struggles faced with finding care for a loved one. My rehab team and I do our very best to cater to your loved one and get them back to you in the most independent level of function that we possibly can. We take each outcome personally. Continuous education and challenges at Wedgewood through different venues has been an opportunity for growth in every area as a new therapist and director. We would be honored to have the opportunity to care and rehabilitate your loved one!!

I'm a housekeeper here I can say that it is nice and clean. When you come in the building you hear good music playing the residents really enjoy it here! There are some days that are very challenging but, we all come together as a team to get it done!
