Don’t bother with this place unless you like throwing money away. Had tint placed on my car in 2014 that faded so badly, and began to bubble on all windows. I had the original receipt that states “lifetime warranty.” Called thinking they’d surely honor their own warranty, but nope. Called several times only to get voicemail. Drove to the actual location to only to find a technician that was fluent in cussing, but managed to let me know the owners were not there. Called the number from the packing lot and the owner finally answered. The owner said the tech that applied my tint no longer worked there (so what was my thought). Then the owner said she’d have to talk to the tech to see if it can even be done (not sure why she couldn’t say yes or no) but they would only do the three worst windows. I said I’d rather have them all done since the new tint in no way would match the rest of the car! Four days later with no call I gave up. I just went somewhere else. I was told what this place sells is “dyed plastic” which you can buy at 40 a roll. It’s cheap. It fades. It’s garbage! See the pictures. DO NOT use this place if you expect to have a job that someone is willing to stand by!

John has always been 100% with me. So far have had 5 vehicles tinted with him and loyal to his services. Great job every time. check them out. Any little “defect” and they will make it right. I’ve also watched his detail inspections and he is VERY thorough!!!!

Terrible customer service, attitude right off the bat as soon as the lady answers the phone. Had an appointment for 12pm and I had drove 2 hours to get there and the guy doing the tint didn’t get started on the truck until 1:30. Did a terrible job, all kinds of stuff that he did not clean off of my drivers side windows and scratched the glass several times, tons of air bubbles in tint. Called up there a few times to get my “insurance” on the tint I had just gotten and was hung up on several times. Not the place it used to be at all.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with any detail company. Johnny Alvarez is top notch. He really knows how to turn a dirty dog into a gem. Thanks for the insight and the knowledge to keep it clean

Looks like they do great work, but unfortunately I didn’t get to experience it. Contacted them for tint services, setup an appointment, then on the day of I got no response or update at all whatsoever. I never leave reviews like this but I’m actually disappointed. Wish it was a different outcome.
