Straight up dropped my freight showed no concern

They could use some work on their efficiency of getting people their product quickly
Tracking showed to be out for delivery at 8:00 am. Come 6:45 pm after waiting all day they changed the status to loaded for delivery. Call costumer support and they could not find any where it said it was out for delivery. Wasted a whole day not working and now can't even get my package until Monday. Got to waste a whole other day waiting on shipping. No call, no status update. Just the inaccurate tracking on website. Will not use again and will not refer to anyone.
