I have to start saying that I been here almost a year now, and every single person that works here are very helpful, every morning that I cross the door I received a smile, the other end Instructors are very professional, Teresa ,Francisco, and Leo, are excellent, I had a little issue with registrations and the Management team help me out to accommodate my needs,thank you all!!!! Highly recommend it .

Worst management and lacks experience in handling customer complaints. If you take a complaint to Mgr then immediately they will start filling form for swim class cancellation including cancellation fee. There is only mgr (Liz) carries great managerial experience and good customer handling skills. I would not recommend this swim school but I felt Gold fish swim school is better in sense everything. My 3 kids are here in this swim school for almost a year after this one incident I put him in to Gold Fish Mundelein.

We sent both our boys through swim classes at Foss. After trying several other swim classes we were delighted with the difference at Foss. The classes are small and focused on making confident swimmers. I highly recommend their services!

Well i never got a chance to complain so wouldn't comment on that but, they are all proffesional, caring and cheerful especially with kids. We have missed few classes and they gave us vouchers to come on a Friday to practice for free for the missed class.
