After having the most horrible experience at the Fossil in Allen premium outlets, I headed here to the Fossil north park and they took care of me with top of the line customer service. Travis the manager and the other young lady who was there working today were so attentive and helpful. They resolved my issue in no time. So please don’t go to any other store that is not this one.
