2019-07-16 Wish I could give a Three-and-a-half star, but here we go. From a management perspective, Foster Greens over the past five years has improved greatly. Hours are a little wonky sometimes, but Samantha is very responsive and does her best with what Corporate allows to keep rent low for respectful members of the community like myself and many others. She is also does a lot to engage the community by doing \Club Events\ for residents. To be fair, it's been the only time I'm social recently, so I would highly recommend just for the fun! Up until about two weeks ago, Jose was our best maintenance guy. Absolutely, hands down, the nicest guy I've had helping maintain the grounds and units. Renter beware though, even though the units are \updated\, check your unit before you move in and ensure that things are in fact updated. Old windows, lack of full amenities (such as garbage disposal, working sliding windows and small bathroom ventilation) will be in your future if you don't check first. Rent is above market for the area, but it's safer than most communities, has cameras, and decent enough lighting. Parking is really difficult, even for residents, as I've already in my return, had three situations where people park in the numbered spots, and there are VERY few unnumbered (which means free, for those of you that think you want to park in a numbered spot). All-in-all, icer\ appliances don't make up for the cost of thin walls, somewhat noisy neighbors occasionally and living right off a main road. It could be worse though. There are a lot of nice people living here and the staff are wonderful, but the cost of living is a bit above what I'd be \willing to pay\ if it wasn't for the amenities. If you want to be a bus away from Seattle, this is a nice place to live with the most friendly property manager you'll ever meet.

The apartments are always under good condition, as well as the pool. The maintenance workers are super friendly and it’s great when they have resident events

I love living at Foster Greens because not only has it been recently renovated, the management is awesome! The manager is always available to fix any problems or answer any questions. Monthly social gatherings are great opportunities to meet your neighbors. It makes a big difference when your manager is as friendly and helpful as the one we have here.

Very impressed with all aspects of these apartment homes! Samantha Stone is a wonderful Community Manager! Never fails to help out the best she can and she always associates herself with the renters in a wonderful manner! It's always clean in the neighborhood, inviting, and my dog is very happy living there! The gym is great, the community activities are fun, and the apartments are beautiful!
