This is a review of Hannah Dawson spray tan, not Foundation Hair Studio’s. Foundation Hair Studio is a great place with great staff. They have my favorite eyelash technician. Not only did Hannah Dawson mess up my spray tan so bad before, she never helped come up with a solution to fix as she claimed her machine broke. I had to wait weeks to get a clear response from her. Now she reached back out after several months asking if I’d like a spray on Thursday at my house. I said yes and asked what time. It took her over 24 hours to finally respond to me the day prior to my appointment and now it’s too late because I could not put my life on hold waiting for a simple text back. This has happened every time with her and she always says she was too busy to reply. We are all busy with stuff, but when your too “busy” to take one second to respond to a customer. It’s time to hang up your jacket and no longer waste people’s time. Extremely unprofessional.

Suzanna is a terrible hair dresser. She chopped my hair in 10 minutes. Double booked, spent 10 minutes on it, did not style it , or dry it and charged 50.00 for a haircut. She offered to fix it but it was so terrible who would let her touch their hair again. She definitely didn't offer a refund. I have photos of the haircut. Do Not Use Suzanna. She is a professional in beauty and that is the furthest thing she cares about on her clients.

Destiny is IT! Shes great at all hair, but she exceeds my expectations with my blonde hair. I always leave way happier than expected! I LOVE her and my hair once she gets her hands on it! Will always go, and recommend her! And to add the staff is the sweetest ️
