Very welcoming. Made me feel comfortable being new to the area.

I have enjoyed this church thoroughly. They are not like many churches that I’ve been to. They’re different. They have a coffee shop for people to hang at in the mornings during the week, they host events for various sports events such as the college football playoffs and March madness, they get involved in the community, and they just aren’t legalistic like so many churches. There’s just so much to do with them and it’s fun being a part of it all. As for what Omar said, I encourage you to take our church into consideration. We reach out to the high school community, but that’s what we’re supposed to do. Not specifically high schools, but as followers of Christ, we need to reach out to others, and high schools often have many who do not know Jesus, so that ministry is often a great one to pursue. And if we didn’t care about our congregation, we wouldn’t be trying to make them feel at home with a great children’s ministry, coffee shop, and different service times to help ensure more people can make it. It’s a great place, and I encourage anyone reading this to give it a shot. Ps, As for the comment about coffee, it’s from a church coffee page, so they review churches based on the coffee they serve. So nothing too concerning. Plus, they said it was still a fine church

I love the depth of teaching and relationships I’ve developed at this church. I’m a big believer in a church staying in scripture and not wandering off into secular topic land. The leadership strongly encourages self study and sticking with biblical foundations. I also love the fact that they have so many ways they lovingly reach out to the community and the world through missions.

Another review mentioned coffee and the \owner\ replied that this place is not a coffee shop. But there IS a coffee room right by the front door that opens up for some functions and serves coffee. While I haven't tried the coffee, this place has a pleasant atmosphere, and it should be noted that you are not actually required to subscribe to any particular belief system to show up here.

They should add Not* to the sign that says \Premium Coffee\. Put then again, If you were expecting top shelf brew for a little more than a tip, you might need a reality check. When asking for a recommendation, the women behind the coffee bar pointed me toward the \Dark Roast\. I was told to expect deep earthy notes. I think by earthy notes she meant the coffee contained actual soil. Fine church otherwise.
