Great track. Greens are fast and hold very well. They are like walking on a sponge, downside is you can see old foot prints. Does effect putting. The greens are painted as well. The rest of the course is in great shape. 90 degree cart rule when i was there. Staff was nice.

Sun Ridge golf course is a treat in the outskirts of Scottsdale. Very challenging through most holes. Then you hit the Wicked 6! Get your belt strapped up. Last six holes will help determine how good you really are at golf. Fast greens, well manicured fairways,friendly staff and good food. Definitely worth a round of golf.

Pros: Staff friendly Cons: Golf course website states: “ At no time during the year is Sunridge Canyon Golf Club cart path only - weather permitting.” After reading this I booked, showed up and was told by starter “ cart path only”. Mentioned to starter what website reads and he said he’s never seen that. I know most courses are cart path only this time of year but why state that on your website at all if it just ain’t true? Not only that but course still unplayable after reopening from overseed. Tee box grass long, rough long and unplayable and a lot of maintenance and machinery still out on course. I still take full responsibility. Will be sure to call ahead next time to ask appropriate questions before booking. Thanks
