We bought a home that had a gas line installed by this company for our fireplace and it had never been used. We called for weeks to get a regulator placed outside of our home along with a hook up to our already filled and ready propane tank and a safety inspection check since it had never been used before. They came out one time to “see which supplies they would need” and never came back to do any work. We called for weeks to try to get service and they seemed to not care and never did call back or come back out. If you’re looking for an amazing service for propane tank installation and inspection, please choose My Propane Butler! Do not waste your time with this company.

Travis and the Central Air team are the most honest, transparent, and affordable HVAC folks you'll find. Their prices are always fair. The company that originally installed our HVAC unit dishonestly used our unit's warranty information on another unit elsewhere in order to get the parts for free but charge that customer more. When I addressed this issue, the owner of the company got angry with me and tried to charge me a fortune for the repairs that should've been covered under warranty. Travis personally called the HVAC manufacturer, explained the situation, and got our warranty restored. He went beyond the extra mile for us and saved us a lot of money, headache, and unnecessary stress. I will never use anyone other than Travis and Central Air!

This company put my HVAC system in on a brand new house, a year later I had one compressor burnt out, another soon to be burned out bc they installed it without filling them completely...the best part is the refuse to return any phone calls to come and look at the equipment and haven't returned one message that I've left, going on 5 months now..so I was stuck paying 500 dollars a month for electric bill due to them, paying for another company to install and fix there mistake and still trying to contact them. I hope the word spreads about this business and they never get a chance at doing this to another family
