We ordered a big AC System from Carrier. We had lined up a 70Ton Crane to lift AC System up on roof on delivery time established bey Fourwide Transportation LLC. The crane is paid by the hour and so therefore every delay would cost us big money. Due to the immediate communication the day before letting us know the Driver would arrive 5 hr later, we were able to re-align crane in order not to waste money waiting for the driver. The driver arrived at established time and installation was a success. Thanks to the open communication with the dispatch team of Fourwide Transportation LLC. Highly Recommend.
