Back in February 2020 I had a appointment for routine doggy haircut, but turned out to be botched haircut instead. Two of my dogs nipples were shaved off, behind his ears were no shaved/trimmed, his coat was uneven, skin irritation for about a month (thought it was fleas, turned out to be negative about fleas) - Vet stated it was from the haircut. Very disappointed. Could’ve taken time to even out his coat and being more gentle.
