This place is so cool, so many nice plants, great shrimp, and friendly people.
A small aqua farm with attached sales shop. You can tell the owner is concerned about sustainability and the environment. They are happy to show you the tanks and explain how the shrimp are raised along with other aquatic animals that they are looking to add to their sales, oysters, crayfish, etc. I appreciate the fact that I am eating a product that is clean and free of environmental contamination.
Very friendly owners, beautiful plants in the greenhouses, and yummy, fresh shrimp! Definitely recommend checking them out!!!

Our 5 short tour lasted 90 seconds and consisted of a 30 foot walk to an empty tank. Tour guide's entire talk was, "This is one of our tanks, it's a swimming pool, it's empty." And he was finished. We were able to extend the tour to about 4 minutes by asking a few questions. We had to ask to see a tank with shrimp. We asked if we could see the shrimp and the tour guide said, "You can try." There was a net right beside him but he couldn't be bothered with using it. We asked to see other rooms and he said, "They all look the same." We felt unwelcome from the start. When we walked in, we were ignored and couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. After a couple awkward minutes someone finally acknowledged us. When we asked for a tour, the older man said to the younger one, "I did the last tour, you are doing this one." We wanted to buy shrimp but they were out of shrimp so we bought crawfish. We waited at least 15 minutes for the crawfish after our tour during which time we were totally ignored. There were shrimp recipes and information at the check-out counter and when I asked if they had any info on crawfish, I was told, "No" with not even an offer of here's a good website, or any suggestion as to what to do with them. I contacted them about a week later to see what a short tour should be and supposedly it should be much more involved. I asked for a refund and was told if I would come back I would get a free tour and 1 off shrimp. I don’t live close and will not be going back. I asked again for a refund and was told I would get one. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund.
