Requested a bid from this company, they said they would come out and look at the damage. I waited more than 3 weeks for it. I called during that time and kept getting the response \well I have to talk to my partner first.\ Today I spoke to someone who was extremely rude and said \you never pick my bids anyway why should I give you a bid?\ well that's how bids work. If your prices aren't as good as others, then you don't get chosen. Unprofessional jerk.

Awesome customer service. Had the best price by far and much better quality door and windows then what homedepot had quoted me on. In the end I saved just over 1k and got a much better window. Troy the sales guy was very knowledgeable and left no questions unanswered. Great jobs guys I will be back.
