Used to love this location but the last couple weeks they've been messing up left and right. We've been give medium drinks when we paid for large multiple times. This morning we ordered a large hot latte but were given a large iced instead despite the label clearly saying hot. The flavor swirls have also been practically nonexistent. Guess we'll be going to the Antioch location from now on

Got a coffee and it was full of coffee grounds. Called them and they said thanks for letting us know. It's always something there. I try to use the one at 120 and rt 12 when given the option. Never have issues there.
