I had a great experience with this firm. I have been working with this firm for about 4 years now and while my case was not settled in Court, I had a great working relationship with the staff. Christina was SUPER helpful and responded fairly quickly to e-mails and questions. Ruth Ann was always so sweet on the phone and is always a great listener. Very unprofessional never once shook my hand or introduced himself. Tried to get me to sign papers, without reading them himself knowing what they were stating. Just a very unpersonal and unsatisfying encounter with Mr. Foyles. I paid good money and was not treated like anyone or anything would not recommend

Mr Foyles is a mediocre attorney at best. He talks a big game but execution is not his strong suit. Mr Foyles may be a seasoned lawyer but he is no match for any opponent with narcissistic tendencies. In his mind everyone will do what they’re supposed to. Mr Foyles is also no match for an opposing attorney who is aggressive in the least. The first sign of trouble he’s planning his exit strategy. My case was terrible to begin with and Mr Foyles actually made things worse. Additionally, he quit mid-trial and when I notified him I couldn’t attend because my son had a doctors appointment with a specialist at Duke he lied and told the judge I chose not to attend. If Mr Foyles is your only choice, represent yourself.
