I’ve had work done here twice. The first time the gentleman that staffs the store was curt and borderline rude. I decided to try a second time. He was short this time, but not as rude. I took the gentleman 3 frames. One needed some mat work. I simple asked him to install a wire on the back of the other two. The price for matting one 16x20 diploma and installing wire on the back of two 11x14 diplomas was 120! When I asked about where the cost came in, it was met with resistance to share until I pushed the issue. I was then told if I was unhappy they’d give me diplomas back. Problem? I own everything they have minus one mat and three wires. I didn’t ask for a quote, so perhaps that is my fault, but I will not be doing business there again. I would urge anyone to please ask for a quote and be very clear on the cost. I was thinking maybe 60 for a mat and some wire, but 120 and the attitude? I’ll just tack em up on a cork board!! Update: when I went in Cory did try to make it right; he offered me 20% off. I appreciate the gesture. I would urge anyone to just ask for a firm quote prior to doing anything though.
