The first thing you notice when coming here ii how nice and genuine Gary is. I came here as a first time attempt at getting two pictures framed. Before I got to this store I had gone to 3 other places but had definite sticker shock at the price quotes. I had one of the pieces given to me framed as a gift years back, but a friend had knocked it off my wall, shattering the glass and denting the frame. The other was a poster of an art piece that I had previously just had taped to my wall so it was in less than perfect shape. I was told that the one that had broken could not be fixed by other stores. Gary not only agreed to fix it but his price was a third of the previous quotes. He gave me a very fair deal and was extremely welcoming. Don’t think I’ll go anywhere else from now on!
High-end framing and worth it. Quality work. My only disappointed was that it took several weeks longer than estimated. In the 3 times I went to pick up the piece, was told excuses related to the change of his business location. I thought the reasons were valid, however felt I should have been given some partial financial compensation since it took way longer than he quoted. Gary did not agree and still charged me full price.
