I stopped by the dealership to see if they could help me out with a service issue - it looked like my skid plate was loose and hanging beneath my car. As soon as I got there, I showed Cesar the issue and he said they could take a look but would have to charge a 140 diagnostic fee to see what the issue was. (The only issue was the loose skid plate). Without even looking at it, he said it looks like it was broken so it would likely be a 500 part plus the 140 fee or they might be able to secure it (still 140 diagnostic fee). I hesitantly handed over my key since I’m traveling later this week and needed it fixed ASAP. Luckily I reconsidered and asked for my key back. I decided to get a second opinion and stopped by the Valvoline down the road on my way home. A very friendly and helpful mechanic noticed the hanging part as soon as I pulled up. He quickly took a look and replaced each and every screw for a simple fix free of charge. I was there for less than 5 minutes total which goes to show that the goal of the dealership was really just to get my with little to no customer service.

Just bought a car from this dealership, and it was my first time buying a car. The process was extremely fast and the sales and finance people were very quick with everything. I absolutely love my new car! However, I did take one star off because they didn’t fill my gas tank before I picked it up and they also left some trash in the glove compartment. Other than that it was a positive experience! Would recommend.
This is my second time leasing a car with Herb C. Both experiences have been smooth and the staff has been very friendly and supportive throughout the process. My sales person Roy Porter is knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, attentive and personal. I also service my car there and the experience has been top notch, my contact is Edward Painter - they don’t force you into anything you don’t want and advise you on things you need to know. Lastly my car delivery specialist was very thorough and explained new features of the car very well, this was Joshua W. Overall very good experience!
